  We purchased a Madison (Maxwell) sectional with a chaise on the end from Casco Bay Furniture. We chose the Brompton Cocoa leather and upgraded to their Ultracel Spring Down Cushion. I just absolutely love it! The cushions are so comfortable, both plush and supportive and the leather looks thick and luxurious. The sectional arrived last Wednesday. It took about 8 weeks after ordering to be delivered. The customer service was fantastic. We were kept informed of the progress of our order by Kristina, who was both informative and pleasant to work with. The delivery men were also excellent. We had a four-hour window for delivery. They arrived about an hour early, but called to see if it was okay. We live down a private road that is narrow and hilly, so we had to make three trips in my trailer with the drivers in tow. No complaints from them! The furniture was wrapped in the original factory packaging and blanket wrapped by the deliver guys. The sectional arrived in perfect condition! The sectional is everything we expected and more. We couldn't be more happy with our purchase. We would recommend this company and their furniture to anyone who wants a really well made American product with excellent customer service.
